Fully synthetic sea salt created with coral breeding in mind. The composition of the salt has been selected to create the best conditions for marine animals. The micro and macro elements it contains fully satisfy the corals' needs for the elements necessary for their proper development and colouration. The salt contains no bromides, and can be used in ozone-assisted filtration systems. When setting up new marine aquariums for the first animals, we recommend that you do not add it until 10-14 days after filling the aquarium.

Preparation method: the salt must be dissolved in the prepared demineralised water. The water temperature should be about 24°C (75°F). To obtain a salinity of 33 ppt, about 3.8 kg (8.4 lbs) must be dissolved in 100 litres (27 US gal.) of water. Aquaforest recommends a salinity of 33 to 35 ppt. Stir the solution vigorously for about 15 min., after complete dissolution and full clarity the salted water is ready for use. Store the salt in a dry, dark place. The dissolved salt should be used within 48 hours. Keep out of the reach of children! For use in aquaria only! Not for human consumption!
