Deltec MC 500 skimmers are the result of continuous technological innovation developed by the Deltec manufacturer.

The latest addition, the MC 500 skimmer itself uses the unique patented brush impeller to produce an unrivalled air-water mixture, generating a foam of the finest bubbles, essential for efficient fractioning.

The Deltec MC 500 is a compact bivalent skimmer, designed for aquariums of up to 500-600 litres. It provides high performance and can be positioned either on the left or right side of the aquarium.
The skimmer can be used in any sump as long as the water height is above 125 mm and does not exceed the maximum level indicated on the skimmer.

Regulation:

If the foam is too wet, pull the collecting vessel out of the container a little. If the foam is too dry, insert the collecting vessel more into the container. Alternatively, you can regulate the foam by means of the overflow flap.

Note:

Due to the filter sponge or other substances on the surfaces, it can take up to 48 hours for the skimmer to settle. Final adjustment must therefore be carried out after this period.
