Impianto domestico per la produzione di acqua priva di sali minerali (conducibilità e TDS sono pari a zero quindi); grazie al post-filtro con resina a viraggio ottico sarà possibile avere a disposizione acqua totalmente pura e deionizzata.  

The system consists of four successive stages:   

• 5 mcr sediment cartridge: removes suspended particles and rust or particulate residue from the water; recommended replacement every 6 months or 3000 litres of produced water; the transparency of the container gives the user the possibility to constantly monitor the cartridge's state of wear and tear

• cartuccia a carbone attivo pressato: elimina dall’ acqua cloro, metalli pesanti, residui di farmaci o pesticidi e altre sostanze potenzialmente dannose per l’ acquario; si consiglia di sostituire anch’ essa ogni 6 mesi o 3000 litri di acqua prodotta 
   
• Pentair's (made in the U.S.A.) TLC 50/75/100 series membranes were designed by the American company, a world leader in the field, for domestic drinking water treatment and have a permeate production, depending on the model, of 50, 75 or 100 GPD (equal to approximately 180, 275, 360 L/g) with a stabilised salt rejection rate of 98% under standard test conditions.
  

• post-filter consisting of a transparent cartridge inside which a deionising resin acts against nitrates, phosphates and silicates; the resin turns from green to blue as it exhausts its deionising effect.
  The transparent cartridge allows the resin saturation status to be constantly monitored.

Continuous TDS reader:  

HM Digital DM1 is an online meter for total dissolved salts (TDS) in water entering and leaving the system; it ensures constant monitoring of water quality.

Flush Valve for membrane flushing:

l’impianto è dotato di una valvola che consente di effettuare una regolare manutenzione della membrana consentendo di allungarne la vita media.

E’ sufficiente ruotare la manopola della valvola per far sì che l’acqua di scarto rientri all’ interno del vessel e fuoriesca da dove, normalmente, fuoriesce il permeato; in tal modo la membrana viene sottoposta al processo di lavaggio che ne migliora le condizioni operative.
